Was only able to make 817 Calls today. My target number is always 1,000 every day. No excuses.... Just gotta get after it again tomorrow and get those 1,000 calls in.

I closed a deal today on December 04-2025. This deal took six weeks to close. I thought I had lost this deal because at the last minute the buyer was asking for a discount because it took so long to close. He kept extending the closing date. I told him the numbers were tight on this deal and I didn’t have any room to give him a discount. I was thinking this deal is not going to close. The next day I got an email from the title company saying Congratulations This Contract Has Been Funded. ❤️‍🩹 Just think if I had gave him a discount. I would have lost a few thousand dollars. What a way to start December. ❤️‍🩹
