I’ve been taking the time to write notes and mail them out. I sent 13 letters to highly distressed sellers from a government list and got a call back. She said she’s “staying for now,” but realistically she can’t. Now I have her direct line so I can follow up through mail or call/text.
My first deal came from postcards, but that was more of a spray and pray approach. Now I’m working off a step 1-5 process every day, like I’m at work. Last week, that led to four real conversations!
