Being able to utilize your network is a way to be effective in wholesaling. Who do you know that can help you dispo a deal. Im not talking about a huge buyers list. Can you pick up the phone and the buyer says "Im interested". Having a huge buyers list can help with deals, but relationships create smooth and easy transactions.
When I cant find a buyer the best thing to have a is a network. Rather thats here, Local REiA Groups, real estate agents or what have you. When I first started wholesaling, I didnt understand the value of Real Estate Agents. Build relationships!
