Cold Called Code violation list

I requested a code enforcement list Friday and this morning I was received a list to call. I just got finished calling the list of 53 leads. The list was small, I had a few angry people lol but I had one who was nice and we had a brief conversation, very nice lady and said her house is her kid's inheritance. No appointments were made. But I'm getting better with calling I know that. I'm feeling accomplished I finished a list to call.

I used the Wavv Triple line dialer for attacking the list. It's crazy how fast you get thru the list on this dialer. I'm not really sure what a voice message is. Maybe it stays on the line longer, so phone carriers don't flag me as spam? I'm not sure.
