We are looking for "For Rent By Owner" (FRBO) leads to add to our pipeline. These are landlords who might be ready to trade their management headaches for a clean exit. ​The Mission ​Your goal is to identify and record a minimum of 5 or more "For Rent" leads. You can tackle this in one of two ways: ​Option A (The Boots on the Ground): Drive your local neighborhoods and look for physical "For Rent" signs in yards or windows. ​Option B (The Digital Scout): Fire up your laptop, head to Zillow.com, filter by "For Rent," and specifically look for "For Rent by Owner." ​The Requirements ​For each lead, make sure you capture: ​•Property Address ​•Owners Names •Phone Number •Rent Amount ​Why?
