(Wait for confirmation: "Yes" or "Speaking" ​Introduction & Intent (The Pitch) "Hi John, my name is James from XYZ Company." ​"The reason I'm calling today is because I was just curious to know if you would be opposed to receiving an cash offer on your property at 123 Main Street." ​The Critical Pause (Wait for Them) ​(Stop speaking completely and wait for their response.) POST YOUR RESULTS: Once completed...comment done ✅️ The reason this task is important, is because if you never start, you'll never finish. Do this simple action and over time boost your confidence and efforts.
