From our Task Tuesday assignment and training. I was able to get a response back that led me to a hot lead on a 3 unit Multi Family Building for sale near me. This came from a warm contact that I had inside my phone. They provided me with the name and phone number of the owner. How much did the lead cost me $0. This is the point of the exercise. You don’t realize it but you're phone is like an untapped treasure chest. Try it for yourself and let me know what happens. I would love feedback from at least one person.
