Im late with my post, however I didn't want to totally miss out. Need to confess to move forward. My is scheduling time to consistently make calls on days after Sunday. My resolution is to cimmir to add at least two more days and build more.

Hey Elite Team. Today I'd like to share with you an experience I had. As I was running errands this week, I came across a property for sale by owner. I reached out and had an appointment with the seller this pass Thursday. I went through the property, took pictures and asked the questions James went over with us to ask. Then, on yesterday, Friday, James and I viewed some of the pictures, did a CMA and repair cost estimate. I contacted the Seller today to present the offer.
