Happy “hump-day”! A reminder that if you feel like you’re having a tough time, I guarantee that you are not alone. But it is also a fact that when are feeling like this, we often feel disconnected and isolated. Either from not wanting others to know. Or from not wanting to burden friends or family. But connection and support are a fabulous way to deal with these emotions.
