Ease into Wellness
I'm not sure if this is allowed and if not I will delete. But when I was coming off bedrest from cancer surgeries and radiation I had to take it super easy and build slowly. I did create a chair fitness program on Skool called "Ease into Wellness" If anyone needs something really really easy to build up slowly from either no movement or sedentary lifestyle. I hadn't been able to exercise for about a year with everything I had going on. Jumping into traditional fitness programs was a major NO GO per doctors orders.
Updated the meditation section
It’s far simpler and peaceful :). I hope you enjoy some meditation with its insights
