If selected, athletes will be billed for all event costs and there may be a deposit required prior to event registration. ***World Cup Cairo is a NON supported event by USAPM. USAPM is not sending a coach to this event. Athletes are responsible for all costs and things associated with the event (tech meeting, etc.)

How as a newcomer does one qualify for the pentathlon for the 2028 Olympics and what is the cost involved with it all? And in the off chance that one is qualified for the Olympics, what is the cost involved for the gear and everything needed to compete? I know I need to complete all 4 or 5 events, but how do I do that? Do I just show up to a championship offered or do o start with regionals and go on from there?
