Total Failure of DWG Imports and Display

I have to report that importing DWG files into Plasticity is a total disaster. I've attached a video that shows what happens when I import 3D dwg models. Basically the 3D model displays on screen and can be rotated and zoomed into, but when I click the OK button, the model vanishes. With my 2D drawings (I have thousands after 40+ years Autocad experience as a Autodesk developer and user) the import seems to work okay but on drawings I did of the German battleship Bismarck, all primitives are listed in the left hand tab, but there is absolutely nothing showing on screen. I know that the Autocad database changes, but at heart it's really a very simple one and easy to manipulate. All Bismarck drawings are full size and the ship was over 250m long so don't know if this is a problem or not - I know the limit with Plasticity appears to be 100m. Can anybody tell me where I can post this problem for Nick Kallen to have a look at?
