Repeat Sheet along a curve

Hi guys i have a question:

how do i repeat a sheet along a curve? in the example you see i would like to repeat sheet 1 along curve 2 so that there is continuity to form a cloak. i tried with the Array function but the center is not a circle and therefore the replicated object is not in line with the main one. is there another method or am i approaching it wrong? thanks
