Misaligned edges when extruding and creating new body

Hello everyone,

I'm working on the Apple Watch, but something goes wrong when I extrude the surface and create a new body for the screen. The edges are always misaligned no matter how many times I try. This also happens when I select a ring and duplicate to create a new curve. It all goes pear shaped. Oh and I'm on 1.2.18 if that helps.
