How to make Diamond pattern on a surface.

Hi everyone!

I'm modelling this Trimmer and I want to make this diamond pattern on the surface. how can i do that? I saw Nikita's tutorial of knurling pattern modelling. but I think it would be a little different here on my surface and I also want micro fillet on the edges of diamond shape. can anyone help me? I have also attached my placticity file. (just that surface)
