Is it time to do another group fast? Haven't heard any word about one, in awhile!
I noticed with the cooler weather I am LESS motivated to move - and MORE motivated to eat!
😵 I'm hungrier!
I've done 4 on my own (one recently when I got sick, but I'd been planning on fasting that day anyway!) but next time I could use the camaraderie.
I'd shoot for another 36-hour, as I felt that was the most healing.
Anybody? Fri/Sat are usually good..... 🌞
