SPINNING!
As little kids, we knew nothing about the Whirling Dervishes of the Sufi, or that it's literally a spiritual practice in which spinning puts them into a deep trance and connects them with the Divine!
We just know it feels good!
Dancing, Merry Go Rounds, roller skating - all put me into a state of bliss!
Like I'm in a centrifuge, and the elements I don't want or need, just fly off....
Leaving behind a super-concentrated, Mega-Janice formula, I guess 🤣 !!!
