Or slurping bland shakes all day. 🤢
It all started one busy morning when I was running late
(as usual)
And had to skip breakfast—again.
I could practically hear my stomach growling on the way to the gym,
And I knew my protein goal for the day was going to be shot.
Then it hit me.
I could literally have my coffee and drink my protein too.
You see, I’ve always been a coffee lover.
But adding protein to my coffee?
Genius, right?
I started experimenting with protein powders and different types of coffee.
Now I'm sharing these delicious recipes with all the other coffee lovers who want to hit their protein goals!
