All !!! I'm headed to Greece for 2 weeks I don't know what kind of Internet access I have..
I'm fasted 24 hours at this point and guzzling electrolyte water. I feel gr8..
I'm gonna ng in with the mind set that this is a retreat not a person pig out..try out ..try everything I see kinda trip like I would and could do back in the day..
I'm eating for nourishment ..not for emotional gratification...
