We’re officially five days into the 28-Day Breathwork Challenge, and here’s the good news: It’s not too late to jump in. Breathwork isn’t a “start on Day 1 or it doesn’t count” kind of thing. The benefits stack fast, and the tools you learn will carry into every training cycle you do from here on out. A couple early wins from the crew: @Drew Blair : “Long day. Up at 4, home at 8. Did the session in bed and almost knocked out. Slept like a rock. My sleep score hit 85 and the insight literally said I balanced stress well thanks to recovery. This helped big time.” @Kacie Gaustad: “...doing it after work was a perfect reset from chaos.” This is why we’re doing this. Better recovery. Better focus. Better control. Better training. If you’ve been watching from the sidelines, jump in. You can start today with the tracks in the classroom and still get everything you need from the challenge. Our next virtual group session is Monday at 7pm! Breathe better. Train better. Race better.
