New course on Nutrition
I've just released a new course on Nutrtion, see it in the Classrooms tab. In it features a grocery list of exactly what to buy in the supermarket and insights on each item. They are delicious meals that allow you to have high energy all day, become / stay lean without feeling hungry all the time (most of the world believes this is impossible) and promote longevity by being great for your mind, joints and reducing visceral fat.

Pan fried salmon, onions, tomato, spinach and white mushrooms in olive oil, hummus and green olives. Lot's of protein and good fats, very few carbs. It's very close to a Mediterranean dish, which has been proven over 100's of years to be the healthiest there is.
