New course on Nutrition
I've just released a new course on Nutrtion, see it in the Classrooms tab. In it features a grocery list of exactly what to buy in the supermarket and insights on each item. They are delicious meals that allow you to have high energy all day, become / stay lean without feeling hungry all the time (most of the world believes this is impossible) and promote longevity by being great for your mind, joints and reducing visceral fat.
