Structure
I seem to be in a structure problem. I tried to stick to a schedule for training but it all just falls apart. I feel worse and worse throughout the week and wonder why I'm feeling sluggish and looking rough. Wondering if I coukd get some tips on how to structure better or is it a discipline problem For reference here is my schedule I tried 6am-7am: Lift 7:30-3:30: Daily Work 4:00-5:30:Track Session 5:30-9: Eat and work on business 9-10: Get ready and be in bed

I'll try. Thing is I work usually M-F.
Missed Opportunity?
I figured I'd ask but I think I know an answer. I had a track meet this weekend. But I injured my right foot two days before and tried to hurry the healing process. Its getting better but idk if it will be ready by the time of the meet. I decided not to go and focus on the off season to get better but worried I'm not committing myself. It's really the back of my foot and I can kinda run and stuff. But when I go to try and jump, I second guess the process and don't follow through. Any thoughts?

As a jumper myself, I think its best take this time to rebuild for bigger opportunities. Rather than hurt yourself more. Definitely made a good choice imo
