Since I began this journey, I've been trying to find ways get technology keep my goals front and center. A friend told me about a program called Suno.com. Suno is AI for music. Just by giving Suno a prompt, it will create original music for you. Like everything with AI, the output will be as good as your instructions. Like you, I have my goal card.My next step was to create a Mental Movie, which is just a one-page story of a day in the life of me. It works in all my goals. I dropped that Mental Movie text into Suno, and in a couple minutes it created the most amazing song that put my goals into an original song in a modern country style. The credit goes to Tony Robbins; my friend told me that he heard Tony talk about this in an interview. If you love music, you know how deeply the right song can reach deep inside you. Go for it!
