Business ownership can feel incredibly real and incredibly hard, and when you're in the middle of a challenge, it's easy to believe you're the only one struggling. Today in Office Hours, we experienced something powerful. Although everyone in the room owns a different business, everyone recognized the same fears, doubts, and challenges. When Desiree courageously shared where she is right now, Tim opened up and admitted that just 30 days ago he was in that exact same place. He even questioned whether joining The Zee Suite® was the right investment. Today, about 30 days later...He just wrapped up a record month in his business. Congratulations, Tim. 🎉 And Desiree...and everyone else who feels like you're not there yet... Keep leaning into this work. You will not create the business you dream about by staring at the problem, repeating the story of what's wrong, or simply working harder. We already know where that road leads. Instead... Wake up each morning and put on your powerful mindset. Affirm your goals out loud. Visualize today being the day everything changes. Not because you know how it will happen—but because you're willing to believe that it can. Today I challenged everyone to stop limiting where their next sale has to come from. What if today is the day you land a $200,000 opportunity? What if today is the day you meet the person who opens the biggest door of your career? What if today is the day everything shifts? Notice how different that feels. That feeling matters. Our job is never to control the how or the when. Our job is to become crystal clear about the what and to deliberately choose our dominant emotional state. I know that isn't always easy. When cash flow feels tight, every instinct wants to focus on the lack. But continuing to affirm, "Cash flow is tight," only keeps you aligned with more experiences that confirm it. Abundance doesn't appear because we desperately need it. It appears when we become aligned with it. That's why your morning practice matters.

I wanted to share a personal business moment that reminded me how growth often requires stepping outside of your comfort zone. When Kim Daily came to speak at one of our franchise partner meeting, she shared more about her services and platform. I listened closely because so much of what she talked about connected with things I had already been thinking about — growth, systems, accountability, and becoming stronger as a business owner. At the same time, I had some real hesitation. As a fairly new franchise partner, investing $6,000 for the year felt like a big decision. I wasn’t sure how we were going to make it work, and I also wasn’t sure my partner would fully understand the value right away. I understood the concept because I’ve always believed in investing in growth, learning, and support. But I also knew this needed to be a decision we both understood. So we took the time to learn more. We spoke with another franchise partner who had experience with the platform, and their feedback helped us see the opportunity from a different perspective. Then we had a call with Kim. During that conversation, things started to make sense. It wasn’t just about the price. It was about the value of having guidance, strategy, structure, and support as we continue building our business. By the end of the call, we decided to move forward and signed up. It was a big step for us, especially being newer in the franchise journey. But sometimes the decisions that stretch us are the same decisions that help us grow. I’m grateful for the opportunity, for the conversations that helped bring clarity, and for the reminder that investing in yourself and your business is part of the journey. Excited for what’s ahead.

A quick question do we ever go into thought process of lack of imagination? I can imagine but sometimes I feel stuck in my imagination if that makes sense I’m sure it does for you or not. In listening to some videos about what makes the difference between one person versus the other. I was that one person that lost over 150 pounds and I’ve kept it off for over 20 yrs and so I’m wondering can I do this business like that. I know it’s a mindset, but what makes a difference from them to now because I have the same motivation. Help me understand why.
