The World Is Still Waking Up. Are You? (Spicy Kim here!) 😂
It’s Tuesday after a long weekend… but judging by the level of quiet in my office, it still feels a little like the weekend. 😂 It’s 1 PM ET. Very few emails. No returned calls. No returned texts. And it made me think about what we’ve been working on in Suite Bootcamp: getting ready to be ready. I ended last week with a MOUNTAIN of projects on my plate. And no, I was not particularly excited about disciplining myself over a holiday weekend to get them done. But I’m a business owner with powerful goals and dreams. And I don’t just want to dream my dreams. I want to live them. Sometimes that requires sacrifice. So I made a decision: I was going to work AND play. I got very clear about what needed to get done. I’d tell myself, “Two focused hours, then you’re done.” And when the two hours were up, I stopped. I left. I played. I relaxed. I enjoyed my weekend. Then I came back and did it again. And something interesting happens when you train yourself this way: You begin to trust yourself. I give myself a command, and I follow it. There’s no endless negotiating. No sitting at my desk all day feeling guilty that I should be working while wishing I were somewhere else. Focused work. Then focused LIFE. Because we work to live. We do not live to work. Although when you love your work as much as I do… potato, potahto. 😂 By midday Monday, the mountain was gone. I had accomplished more over the long weekend than I might have accomplished in an entire scattered week not because I worked nonstop, but because I was clear, focused, determined AND relaxed. That last word matters. This morning I walked into my office with a clear mind, fired up for the week. I went straight after my prospecting goals while much of the world still seems to be easing its way back in. No judgment. Just an observation. Imagine the advantage when weeks like this begin to compound. And because my mind was clear, I had space this morning to sit down with my journal and start dreaming about 2027.

I was a little aggravated reading this post at first. At first I thought, who is she to accuse me of slacking off. Then, I realized it’s ok to get slapped around a little. How else will I become the one? Further down the line after lots of practice/work I will be slapping myself around when I fall off. I had a very productive weekend and feel ready for whatever is in store for me.

I felt judged for a moment, got over it quickly knowing who said it and used it as motivation! No worries
WALL OF ENCOURAGEMENT
One of the beautiful things about this community is that none of us are walking this journey alone. Right now, someone in our community is experiencing what many of you have experienced before... Fear. Anxiety. Panic. No leads. Wondering if this is ever going to work. The circumstances may look different, but that feeling of "How am I going to get through this?" is something many of us have known. And yet... Many of you no longer live there. So today, I'd love for you to encourage someone who's standing where you once stood. What are 1–3 things you did that helped you move from fear, anxiety, and uncertainty...to hope, trust, and possibility? Let's create a Wall of Encouragement in the comments that every member of this community can come back to whenever fear, doubt, anxiety, or uncertainty begin to take over. This is the power of a community living in possibility. Not because we've all arrived but because someone who has already walked through what you're facing can remind you that there is another side. Your words may become exactly what someone else needs to read today. ❤️

If you had asked the people who know me best if I would enroll in a program of manifesting what I want they would all say are you crazy, NO WAY. But, I am really good at keeping my deepest, darkest to myself. What they didn’t know was I was tired of being just good enough without knowing how to reach another level. So, in taking this leap I am doing something way out of my comfort zone which is where all the best things live. I am far from perfect and stray from the path in my thinking sometimes but I come back to this work because I want more for myself and those I love. I might be rambling now so that’s it.
🔥 WHO'S READY FOR A 30-DAY EPIC CHALLENGE?
Suite Family — I have a few BIG things to share with you today. First, I want to invite you to use Suite Bootcamp to change the trajectory of your year. THE 30-DAY EPIC CHALLENGE In September 2019, my business was in the dumps. On October 4, I made a decision. I was going to create $300,000 in 30 days. Was that logical? 😂 Absolutely not. But I wasn't interested in what my logical mind thought was possible. I had a lifelong dream of being able to give away a large sum of money, and I made a commitment that if I created $300,000 in activity, I would donate every penny of it. I'll tell you the whole story Monday at Bootcamp but suffice it to say that when I got CLEAR and COMMITTED, the Universe showed me a sign that it was already mine. From there, I controlled what was mine to control: My attitude. My words. My actions. And I let the Universe handle the HOW. In 30 days, I manifested $300,000 in activity and donated every penny of that money. But here's the ripple that I couldn't have predicted… That 30-day self-challenge created so much momentum in my business that I went on to have my biggest fourth quarter ever and then did $800,000 in the first quarter of 2020. That was my largest quarter ever, and an answer to the question of "Could I do $1M in a quarter?" 80% of the goal is the goal, so let's call it $1M in a quarter. Through one crazy, inspired 30-day challenge, I accomplished so many goals and dreams! 🔥 DO YOU FEEL CALLED TO A 30 DAY CHALLENGE TO SEE WHAT YOU CAN DO? LET'S DO THIS! LET'S MOVE MOUNTAINS WITH OUR THOUGHTS, WORDS AND BELIEFS. Let's give ourselves 30 days to demonstrate what happens when we get radically clear about what we want, commit to it, control what's ours to control, and stop burdening ourselves with figuring out HOW it's going to happen. For the next 30 days, I want you to choose something that would demonstrate to YOU just how powerful you are. Not what you should want. Not what would be practical. Not the number that would get you out of debt.

Who Belongs in The Zee Suite?
I NEED YOUR HELP. We are 12 members away from 50 inside The Zee Suite, and I want to fill those 12 seats by August 31. But rather than me telling you who I think belongs here, I want to hear it from the people who actually KNOW what happens here. So tell me in the comments below... How would you describe The Zee Suite to a friend? Who do you think is ready for this work? Brand new zees? after 6 months? after 12 months? Will they be motivated because they are in pain or because they want greater potential from their biz? Is there more than enough value at $500/month ($6K for the year)? You may see The Zee Suite differently than I do. You may describe the value better than I ever could. You may know exactly who needs to be in this room next. And that brings me to my ask. I want 12 more members by August 31st. Think about the franchisees you know. Who is ready for this? Who would thrive in this community? Who do you wish could experience what you've experienced here? Are you comfortable sending a quick email using your words to describe what you're a part of and suggesting they learn more? I will take it from there and invite them to a 1:1 or group call. You are my founding members, and as I help you, you are helping me. Together, we are shaping this community called The Zee Suite. 🌟

So much going on early I wonder if I could have done it all and added this in the beginning. But, some folks are better able to handle things than I am. Ideally, I wish I had this in my tool box about 6 months in.

I think it might work that way. Early on it’s all a bit overwhelming. If the franchise was behind it it might be easier to get involved.
Making it a Kim Daly Way..
I wanted to share a personal business moment that reminded me how growth often requires stepping outside of your comfort zone. When Kim Daily came to speak at one of our franchise partner meeting, she shared more about her services and platform. I listened closely because so much of what she talked about connected with things I had already been thinking about — growth, systems, accountability, and becoming stronger as a business owner. At the same time, I had some real hesitation. As a fairly new franchise partner, investing $6,000 for the year felt like a big decision. I wasn’t sure how we were going to make it work, and I also wasn’t sure my partner would fully understand the value right away. I understood the concept because I’ve always believed in investing in growth, learning, and support. But I also knew this needed to be a decision we both understood. So we took the time to learn more. We spoke with another franchise partner who had experience with the platform, and their feedback helped us see the opportunity from a different perspective. Then we had a call with Kim. During that conversation, things started to make sense. It wasn’t just about the price. It was about the value of having guidance, strategy, structure, and support as we continue building our business. By the end of the call, we decided to move forward and signed up. It was a big step for us, especially being newer in the franchise journey. But sometimes the decisions that stretch us are the same decisions that help us grow. I’m grateful for the opportunity, for the conversations that helped bring clarity, and for the reminder that investing in yourself and your business is part of the journey. Excited for what’s ahead.

Congratulations on making what I am sure was a very tough decision so early on your franchise journey. I wish I was aware of Kim earlier in my journey but that’s in the past. Full speed ahead!
