It's pretty simple and fun yet effective. I've had clients run this program and achieve great results. Ima be going out today what can I take before hand not to become super intoxicated?and after? I will be drinking vodka mixed with soft drinks. I know that intoxication can't be avoided my goal is to minimize the effect of it.
