I started this challenge at 218. First week weigh in I was 217. Second weigh in I was 221. I’ve been eating and exercising way better than I have in years. I feel great even when the scale told me I had gained 4lbs. Today I weighed myself just to see and I was 216. Scales really don’t mean shit if you’re making those healthy changes in your life and you are feeling those changes. Decided to push myself on my full body Kettlebell 40 minute EMOM moved up to the 35lb Kettlebell and went for max reps. Happy to say I accomplished my goal for time. Keep pushing homies you got this.
