For Those Struggling.
I started this challenge at 218. First week weigh in I was 217. Second weigh in I was 221. I’ve been eating and exercising way better than I have in years. I feel great even when the scale told me I had gained 4lbs. Today I weighed myself just to see and I was 216. Scales really don’t mean shit if you’re making those healthy changes in your life and you are feeling those changes. Decided to push myself on my full body Kettlebell 40 minute EMOM moved up to the 35lb Kettlebell and went for max reps. Happy to say I accomplished my goal for time. Keep pushing homies you got this.

@Bud Bryant I feel you dude I get the just got home from work munchies. Some good strategies I use for myself is I try to eat a high protein or protein based snack makes you feel more full and only eat the recommended serving size. I’ve been eating these roasted edamame beans from Costco. Or if I’m craving something sweet I eat the Smart Sweets which only has 3 grams of sugar in a bag. If I still feel hunger cravings after I’ve eaten I have big glass of water with me and take a drink every time I feel the urge to snack. Most hunger cravings for sugar or carbs is from being dehydrated as well. Stay focused homie!

Alec Sayers Tacoma, WA Don’t play pickleball just a Nico Stan. In the next 60 days I’m trying to look like Hugh Jackman fighting dudes in a cage for beer money. DUPR rating is 42069…nice. Fun fact about me is when I was in the Army working with the Royal Thai Army working in the Jungles of Thailand. The Thai soldiers killed a cobra and we all drank its blood.
