Been a long 2 weeks wrapping up soccer season, but finally starting to get back into the flow. I’ve done a decent job watching what I eat, but definitely haven’t been getting enough exercise… or pickleball for that matter 😅
Was pretty bummed at my weigh-in Monday, but checked again this morning after only scaling once all week and was really happy to see I’m down 2 lbs since then. The 4–5 week check-in didn’t show a ton of movement, but I finally feel like I’m turning the corner again.
Still chasing another 10 lbs by the end of this thing 💪
Anybody else hit a little lull at some point during the journey?
