Most people think gratitude is just saying "thank you."
It's not.
Gratitude changes what you focus on... And what you focus on grows.. Always.
Think about this for a moment..
You can have a roof over your head, food in your kitchen, people who love you, and a healthy body...
But if all your attention is on what's missing, life can still feel empty and meaningless.
On the other hand, someone with far less can feel deeply fulfilled because they're focused on what's already here... WHERE FOCUS GOES, ENERGY FLOWS.
It's like looking through a camera lens.
The lens doesn't change reality.. It changes what you see.
🙏🏻 Today's Practice: The Three Gifts Exercise
Before bed tonight, write down 3 things life gave you today.
They don't have to be big.
Maybe it was a great conversation...A beautiful sunset...A good workout...A moment of peace...
Train your mind to notice what's already working by clocking it and remembering the gifts that are always there.
We have to learn how to train our brain like we would train a muscle.. REPS are what count.
Over time, it changes everything.

What's one thing you're genuinely grateful for today?
