what piece of advice changed your life the most?
I always love hearing from other people what changed them the most. It usually consist of an event, a quote, a season in their life.. something that happened that changed the trajectory of their life forever. For me.. it was the idea of simple 'being a student of life'.. I put so much pressure on myself for so long to have it ALL figured out. Stressing, overworking, overthinking.. you name it, I was doing it. When I started leaning into the student aspect.. it took so much of the pressure off and allowed me to exhale and remind myself i'm simply here to learn.. and to be gentle with myself. What's that ONE thing that helped change you the most? Drop Below In The Comments 👇
I still eat everything, but I limit my intake of sugar, carbohydrates, gluten, and lactose. I actually eat more—healthy—fats now than I used to. My lifestyle change began with meditation and breathing exercises. Then came ecstatic dance, energy work, and systemic work. All of this taught me to enjoy the moment. I used to be a total stress case and worry a lot. Today, I practice self-care every day. I’ve learned to fully embrace myself and can now let go of control more easily. Now I choose to trust the universe.
I used to actually need a voice to guide me through meditation, but not anymore. Now I just sit in silence with myself. Happiness can be found within yourself, once you let go of all the noise. Now I want to inspire others, just like you do. I’m not sure how yet, but I trust that the universe will show me the right path.
9 signs of people with HIGH AURA ⚡️
See how many of these resonate with you: 1. Babies and little children naturally smile at you. 2. People you’ve just met start opening up about things they’ve never told anyone. 3. Animals seem drawn to you without you doing anything. 4. People often assume you’re younger than you actually are. 5. Complete strangers smile at you or make eye contact for no obvious reason. 6. People naturally look to you for guidance, even when you don’t ask for attention. 7. You bring a sense of calm wherever you go. Your presence changes the energy in the room. 8. Even during difficult seasons, you carry a quiet peace that others notice. 9. People leave conversations with you feeling lighter, safer, and more hopeful. The most magnetic people aren’t always the most charismatic... They’re often the most genuine. They’re present..They’re at peace with themselves. And that peace becomes permission for others to feel safe too. How many of these resonate with you? Drop the number in the comments. Or share one sign you’ve noticed in yourself that isn’t on this list. I’d love to hear it. 🙏
People are always coming up to me at the supermarket, asking where to find things, as if I actually work there..

3 Reminders When Life Feels Heavy
We ALL have seasons where life feels like a lot. Maybe you're carrying stress... Maybe you're grieving...Maybe you're overwhelmed...Maybe you're just tired. If that's you, here are three things that always help bring me back to center. 1. Remember... everything changes. The season you're in right now won't last forever. The hard seasons pass. The beautiful seasons pass too. Life is constantly moving, and that's something we can be grateful for. 2. Perspective changes everything. Your pain is real. But somewhere in the world, someone would gladly trade places with you because they see blessings you've become used to. Sometimes peace isn't about changing your circumstances. It's about remembering what you still have. 3. Don't let your mind convince you that everything is an emergency. We're all just human beings... living on a floating rock... doing our best to figure life out. A lot of the things that consume us today won't matter nearly as much a year from now. Life is too short to spend it fighting reality. Sometimes the greatest peace comes from loosening our grip, taking a deep breath, and trusting that this moment is shaping us into who we're becoming. What's one thing that helps you find peace when life feels heavy?

@Vanessa Toury I also use simple mantras like that. 'Everything works out good for me, the Universe has my back'❤️
What's the ONE perspective shift that changed everything for you?
For most of my life, I was incredibly hard on myself. I was always comparing...Always feeling behind...Always thinking I needed to do more, be more, achieve more. Sound familiar? No matter what I accomplished, it never felt like enough... Then one day, something clicked. I realized we're ALL students of life....Not masters...Students. And students aren't supposed to have everything figured out. They're here to learn.. to make mistakes.. to grow.. to stumble.. to fall... and to get back up. The moment I stopped expecting perfection from myself and started treating life like a classroom, everything changed. I became more patient with myself... More compassionate...More willing to take risks...The pressure started to disappear. Because my job wasn't to have all the answers... My job was simply to keep learning. That one perspective shift changed my life FOREVER. I wanna hear from you guys What's one perspective shift that completely changed the way you see yourself or life? Drop it below. 👇 You never know whose life your answer might impact.

A few years ago, I learned about neuroplasticity, and it was a huge revelation. I realized I could actually change my thought patterns. The negative version of myself, who kept falling into the same old ruts, discovered new paths and became much more positive. I discovered that we have a choice, and it turned me into a completely different person!

How Gratitude Changes Everything For The Better
Most people think gratitude is just saying thank you.. but real gratitude is a shift in perspective. It’s the moment you stop focusing on what’s missing and start seeing what’s already here. Gratitude doesn’t ignore pain.. it transforms how you move through it (like al alchemist). It’s like cleaning a foggy window… the view doesn’t change, but your clarity does. Suddenly, what once felt heavy begins to feel like a gift that’s shaping you. Try This: “The 3 G’s Practice”Before bed tonight, write down: 1. One Gift: something good that happened today. 2. One Growth: something that challenged you but made you stronger. 3. One Grace: something (or someone) you often take for granted. 4. Do it for a week and watch how your energy shifts .. you’ll start to see beauty where you used to see burden. What’s one thing you’re grateful for right now that your old self might’ve overlooked? Share it below... let’s fill this circle with gratitude today. 🌻
