What Do You Want Most Out Of Life?
Seriously… What do you actually want? Not what sounds good...Not what other people told you to want... Not what looks impressive online. What do YOU truly want out of this life? More peace? Love? Freedom? Purpose? Confidence? Connection? Health? A relationship that actually feels safe?To feel fully alive again? Most people never slow down long enough to really ask themselves that question. And because of that…they spend years building a life they don’t even deeply want. So let’s simplify... this is the exact framework I use for all of my clients I work with in 1:1 coaching. STEP 1 — THE OUTCOME What is the outcome you truly want? Be specific. What are you trying to create in your life right now? Write it down. STEP 2 — THE LEVERAGE Why does this matter to you? And I mean REALLY matter. Because when the “why” is weak…people quit the moment life gets uncomfortable. But when the reason is deep enough…you keep going even on hard days. A powerful exercise: Close your eyes and imagine your life 5 years from now if nothing changes. If you keep procrastinating...Keep doubting yourself...Keep abandoning what you truly want. What would that feel like? Sometimes pain creates clarity.Sometimes that clarity creates change. Now flip it. Imagine who you become if you actually commit to yourself. STEP 3 — THE ACTION ITEMS Momentum changes people. Not overthinking.Not waiting.Not consuming more information. Action. What are 2–4 simple actions you can begin immediately? Examples: waking up earlier...daily walks...meditation...applying for opportunities...having hard conversations...going to the gym...journaling...reaching out for support Keep it simple...Keep it realistic...Keep it consistent. Now give each action a completion date. Goals without timelines usually stay dreams. STEP 4 — ACCOUNTABILITY Don’t do this alone. Bring someone into your process. A friend. A partner. A Coach. A Spouse... Someone who genuinely wants to see you win. Because it’s easy to let ourselves down. It’s harder to walk away from commitments when someone else is standing beside us.

A Powerful Practice to Calm Anxiety + Quiet the Mind
This practice is a GAME CHANGER you guys!! ✅ Helps calm an overactive mind and reduce overthinking ✅ Brings the body back into a more grounded, relaxed state ✅ Helps regulate stress and anxious energy ✅ Increases mental clarity, focus, and emotional balance ✅ Helps you feel more present, centered, and connected to yourself Feel free to watch the video I uploaded too if you're more of a visual person. STEP 1 — GET GROUNDED Sit comfortably. Relax your shoulders.. Unclench your jaw. Take one slow deep breath. Now bring your right hand toward your nose. STEP 2 — ALTERNATE THE BREATH Using your thumb and finger: • Close your right nostril (using thumb) • Slowly inhale through the left nostril Then: • Close the left nostril (using index finger) • Exhale slowly through the right nostril Now reverse it: • Inhale through the right • Exhale through the left That’s one full round. This is all about going slow.. a good cadence to start with is 5 seconds on the inhale and 5 seconds on the exhale. Repeat for 2-5 minutes.... STEP 3 — NOTICE THE SHIFT When you’re done…sit quietly for a moment. Notice your mind.. your breathing... your body Sometimes peace doesn’t come from thinking more. Hello my name is Melanie
I am a mom of six and we are blessed to welcome another soul in August. I am struggling to keep up the positivity since some of my beautiful children only see the negative. It´s not always easy to practice the and live the good all around us, probably the hormones also play a part in it all at the moment. I follow you Justin on Instagram and somehow got into this group, being on social media or on here is not always easy since I want to keep it also away from my children, my oldest is already 22, and then comes a 13 and 12 year old, which give me at times a hard time for not letting them have apps "everybody" has, then there is a 10 year old, who struggles to fit in with her sisters, our 6 year old has such a unique spirit, like all of them, she is very open, a firecracker and has quite the soft and sensitive touch, then there is the youngest, 4 year old, only boy, who brings also so much joy and another temper into the bunch. I thank the Lord for these precious gifts and for blessing us with another baby this year, which was rather unexpected for me and it honestly took me a while to truly accept it. I feel bad but I see the blessing and I am humble and glad now, that the Lord has such high trust in me and our family to raise another beautiful unique soul. many blessings and lots of love and light to you all. ❤️🙏

@Melanie Vine Sister Melanie!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Welcome. And SO respect to you. Six kids, another on the way… that’s what I call full commitment to being a Momma Bear. My wife and I have our first one on the way soon. we’re so excited to embark on parenthood You also don’t sound like someone who’s failing to stay positive. You sound like a woman carrying a lot with an open heart. Kids will test the edges and reflect us… Especially at those ages. And you’re holding a strong one. Not giving in to every app, every trend… that’s not you being difficult… I look at it as you being a parent with standards. They may not understand it now, but they will feel it later. Also… give yourself some grace right now sister. Pregnancy shifts everything. Body, emotions, energy… you’re creating LIFE. You’re not meant to be perfectly “positive” through all of it. You’re meant to stay rooted... And from what you shared… you most definitely are. There’s a lot of love in your home. You can feel it even through your words. Even in all of the moments that feel messy… especially those 😃🙏🏼 Glad you’re here.
