I hope this video changes your life like it did mine..
This is one of my go to videos by who I believe is the GOAT of human transfomation. I've spent many years learning under Tony. What I love about him is he has mastered both his inside world and outside world (the business science + the internal happiness) I think you'll really like this one. https://youtu.be/UFKCLjhO2bo?si=IlWF05kTVuGKWCmU

What's one belief you had to let go of that changed your life?
for me it was realizing NO ONE is thinking about me like I think they are. I spent a LOT of years giving my energy to what other ppl thought. Once I began to let that go.. and realize they have enough of their own problems to worry about me.. It free'd me in more ways than I could ever imagine. What's that one belief you let go of that helped change your life? Drop it below 👇

How do I actually rebuild self-trust?
How do I rebuild self-trust when that seems to be the core issue behind my confidence? I feel like I’ve made a lot of progress and become a newer, stronger version of myself, but part of me still doesn’t fully trust myself. I think a lot of it comes from setting high expectations, telling myself I’m going to do certain things, and then beating myself up when I don’t follow through. What I’m really trying to understand is: why am I still holding onto that lack of self-trust, and how do I actually rebuild it through my daily actions without falling back into the same cycle of pressure and burnout?

Brother @Joseph Padilla thanks for brining this to the group man. i'm going to keep this as simple as I can and will speak only from my own experiene. 1. I firmly believe self trust is only built through keeping promises to yourself consistently over time. 2. You won't trust yourself fully until you've created enough promises to yourself (that you've completed) to where it becomes your software upgrade. 3. Overachievers haver a tendnecy to focus on what they're not doing vs all that they are doing. A practice for you here is to get SUPER clear on what it is that you acctually want to do.. and I mean the ONE THING... and stick with that.. It's easy to spread ourselves thin by wanting to do too much. 4. In short, you rebuild this trust by narrowing your focus, and showing up day in and day out, focusing on the small wins that end up bringing you big results. You do this enough and you've then conditioned your brain to believe without a doubt you are a man who follows through vs a man who doesn't. It all starts in the mundane
9 signs of people with HIGH AURA ⚡️
See how many of these resonate with you: 1. Babies and little children naturally smile at you. 2. People you’ve just met start opening up about things they’ve never told anyone. 3. Animals seem drawn to you without you doing anything. 4. People often assume you’re younger than you actually are. 5. Complete strangers smile at you or make eye contact for no obvious reason. 6. People naturally look to you for guidance, even when you don’t ask for attention. 7. You bring a sense of calm wherever you go. Your presence changes the energy in the room. 8. Even during difficult seasons, you carry a quiet peace that others notice. 9. People leave conversations with you feeling lighter, safer, and more hopeful. The most magnetic people aren’t always the most charismatic... They’re often the most genuine. They’re present..They’re at peace with themselves. And that peace becomes permission for others to feel safe too. How many of these resonate with you? Drop the number in the comments. Or share one sign you’ve noticed in yourself that isn’t on this list. I’d love to hear it. 🙏

@Caroline Van Poucke cats are on a whole different spiritual level lol We have dogs and chickens.. I had cats growing up. They're amazing little creatures.
what piece of advice changed your life the most?
I always love hearing from other people what changed them the most. It usually consist of an event, a quote, a season in their life.. something that happened that changed the trajectory of their life forever. For me.. it was the idea of simple 'being a student of life'.. I put so much pressure on myself for so long to have it ALL figured out. Stressing, overworking, overthinking.. you name it, I was doing it. When I started leaning into the student aspect.. it took so much of the pressure off and allowed me to exhale and remind myself i'm simply here to learn.. and to be gentle with myself. What's that ONE thing that helped change you the most? Drop Below In The Comments 👇

@Caroline Van Poucke that's so amazing sister. have you ever heard of Vipassana meditation? There's centers ALL over the world that are donor based (so they're free for those who go to the 10 day meditation. It's complete silent meditation for 7-8 hours per day. Life changing experience.

@Caroline Van Poucke If you could name your superpower, what would it be? From there, that's what you should use to inspire others. If I was a betting man, i'd say you have a LOT to give to the world based on your own practices and life experience.
