the wealthiest people on Earth
Most people think wealth is measured by the size of your bank account. But I've met people with millions of dollars... who are stressed, angry, disconnected, and lonely. If that's your reality... are you really wealthy? To me, true wealth is waking up with peace. Having a healthy body. Deep relationships. A heart that's free. Meaningful work. A family. Time with the people you love... And enough money to support the life you're creating. Money matters. But it's only one form of wealth. So here's my question for you... When you picture someone who is truly wealthy... what do they have that money can't buy? 👇 I'd love to hear your perspective.

A different take on this one .... For me wealth is measured by how much time you have to enjoy the life you've created for yourself. I personally take 3 days off every week and still earn a decent living and I'm a lot happier for it 😀
Double inhalation breath work 🫁
This is one of my favorite breathwork practices. Simple and Powerful. And it only takes a few minutes. Here’s how to do it: Step 1 Take a double inhale through your nose. Then slowly exhale through your mouth with a long, relaxed breath. Continue this rhythm for 30 to 60 seconds. Step 2 After the round, take one deep inhale through your nose and hold your breath for 10 to 15 seconds. Then slowly exhale. Step 3 Pause and notice what’s happening in your body. What sensations do you feel? Where do you feel more open, relaxed, energized, or alive? Stay with that awareness for as long as feels good, then begin your next round. Your challenge: Complete 5 rounds today. As this becomes more comfortable, gradually build up to 10 or more rounds. Come back and let us know how you feel afterward. 👇

@Justin Peters with breathing space 😄 initially the 12 week one and then I'll do the 10 month next year. I know the benefits and more people could do with learning to regulate their nervous system
What's the ONE perspective shift that changed everything for you?
For most of my life, I was incredibly hard on myself. I was always comparing...Always feeling behind...Always thinking I needed to do more, be more, achieve more. Sound familiar? No matter what I accomplished, it never felt like enough... Then one day, something clicked. I realized we're ALL students of life....Not masters...Students. And students aren't supposed to have everything figured out. They're here to learn.. to make mistakes.. to grow.. to stumble.. to fall... and to get back up. The moment I stopped expecting perfection from myself and started treating life like a classroom, everything changed. I became more patient with myself... More compassionate...More willing to take risks...The pressure started to disappear. Because my job wasn't to have all the answers... My job was simply to keep learning. That one perspective shift changed my life FOREVER. I wanna hear from you guys What's one perspective shift that completely changed the way you see yourself or life? Drop it below. 👇 You never know whose life your answer might impact.

My one perspective that changed everything was when I found my beautiful inner child inside of me and I made her feel safe. Once I learned how to reparent her my world changed, I regulated my nervous system and my days became sunny and light and all because I stopped looking at the past and lived in the moment. I now teach people how to reparent themselves using my reparenting bear smudge 😃

@Justin Peters aww thanks Justin 😊 many people don't understand just how important the inner child is so I use smudge in my videos to show people how to learn to talk to the little girl inside of them. Smudge comes out and about in my rucksack with me and when people ask I say it's because your inner child is always with you and then I go on my way. It's great to see you back in the skool community and posting here thanks for all you do 😊
How Gratitude Changes Everything
Most people think gratitude is just saying "thank you." It's not. Gratitude changes what you focus on... And what you focus on grows.. Always. Think about this for a moment.. You can have a roof over your head, food in your kitchen, people who love you, and a healthy body... But if all your attention is on what's missing, life can still feel empty and meaningless. On the other hand, someone with far less can feel deeply fulfilled because they're focused on what's already here... WHERE FOCUS GOES, ENERGY FLOWS. It's like looking through a camera lens. The lens doesn't change reality.. It changes what you see. 🙏🏻 Today's Practice: The Three Gifts Exercise Before bed tonight, write down 3 things life gave you today. They don't have to be big. Maybe it was a great conversation...A beautiful sunset...A good workout...A moment of peace... Train your mind to notice what's already working by clocking it and remembering the gifts that are always there. We have to learn how to train our brain like we would train a muscle.. REPS are what count. Over time, it changes everything. 👇 Question for the community: What's one thing you're genuinely grateful for today? Drop it in the comments and let's remind each other how much good is already here.

I do 10 gratitudes a day as part of my morning routine where I have no phone for the first 30-45 mins of my day. It's definitely made me appreciate things in my life so much more and when little miracles happen it's because I know I am always in that frequency of life is amazing and incredible and I am always looked after.
No One Is Going To Beat You At Being You
There are people ahead of you. People louder than you. People with more followers, more money, more experience. Good. Let them... not to mention, there’s no point in comparing yourself when you’re measuring someone’s highlight reel against your whole life. Here's the thing... NO ONE can outdo you at being you... so therefore, the whole game becomes unlearning all those things, beliefs, and stories that you were told and coming back to your ultimate truth.. which is your greatest gift to the world. The problem isn’t competition. It's comparison. When you compare, you shrink. When you compete with yourself, you grow. The world doesn’t need another copy.. It needs the version of you that’s fully expressed. The way you speak... The way you think...The way you lead...The way you love... That combination has never existed before. 3 Momentum Builders (Starting Today) 1️⃣ Stop Editing Yourself Mid-Sentence Today, say what you actually mean. Post the thought you’ve been sitting on..Have the honest conversation. Action:Share one opinion or idea publicly this week without over-filtering it. Momentum comes from expression. 2️⃣ Build Skill Around Your Natural Strength What do people naturally come to you for?Advice? Encouragement? Strategy? Energy? Action:Spend 20 minutes sharpening that one strength today. When you double down on your natural wiring, you accelerate. 3️⃣ Compete With Yesterday’s You Not their highlight reel. Not their metrics. Action: Ask: “What would 1% better look like today?”... Start small... Then let it compound. One better workout. One better conversation.. One better decision... That’s how identity compounds. Just do the best you can with what you have with where you're at... Those stacked overtime is how you create lasting change. You just need to be consistent enough that the real you gets traction. No one is going to beat you at being you. But you can absolutely beat yourself by hiding. Start showing up. Small. Steady. Unapologetically you
