Which recruiter to go with (Decon)?

Hello all I just had some questions about which company to go with.

Do the three companies- Westinghouse, RSCS, and Atlantic have their own strengths and weaknesses such as flexibility and pay? Or do you just pick one that has an upcoming outage that you're interested in? I saw the Westinghouse outage listings that had more information on its website than the other 2 unless im not looking in the right spot.

For pay rates, per diem, UI, etc do you have to ask the recruiter about each outage for comparison or is there a link that has the specifics?

Are you able to bounce from one company to the other to maximize work time?
