Hello beautiful souls.
I know I haven't posted...it's been a little crazy with the holidays and I took a step back last week as I wanted to be present during my 5 christmases!😄 We will be getting back to a regular (and new schedule) next week.
However, I do have a mini offering this week that I would love for you to join. This Thursday January 1st at 10am EST I am offering a FREE online yoga class. We are going to move slow with intention and start the year off in flow NOT HUSTLE.
All levels welcome.
