Hello everyone! A little update!
I know things have been a little scattered in here lately, and I know a few months ago I posted something similar. But in all honesty... I was moving slow this summer. I wasn't rushing or forcing anything. I was just moving slowly, letting things flow naturally and allowing things to unfold as they were meant to. However, my slowness was actually extremely productive, and I have been quietly creating a lot in the background. First things first — we will be getting back to our regular weekly schedule next week. 💜 But I also wanted to give you a little heads-up because over the next few months, you're going to start seeing a transformation happening here inside The Flow Collective. And there's a pretty big reason why... ✨ The Flow Collective is going to be hosting The Embodied Woman Summit! ✨ And of course, you are all invited. I am SO excited about this. Maybe a little overwhelmed 😂 and there are definitely moments when I question my decision to create and host an entire summit... but mostly, I am incredibly excited about what is coming together. I'm not going to share too much just yet. But over the next couple of months, you're going to start noticing things happening around here. New additions to the calendar. New things appearing in the classroom. New members joining us. Even our banner is going to get a little transformation. Things may look a little different around here for a while as everything starts coming together, and as it all unfolds, I'll be sharing updates and letting you know what's happening. There is a LOT happening behind the scenes... And I'm really excited to finally start bringing you along for it. 💜

Menstrual Monday - The vulva microbiome
Did you know your vulva has its own microbiome? We hear a lot about our gut microbiome and even our vaginal microbiome…but the vulva has its own community of microorganisms too. And here's what's fascinating: researchers are discovering that its makeup can vary significantly from woman to woman.

Sacred Cycles Wednesday - Disciple of Ritual
Today Today is a powerful day in the sky. With the energy of the solar eclipse, the closing of the Lion’s Gate, the Perseid meteor shower and the New Moon, I felt called to pull from my W.I.T.C.H. Deck — Woman In Total Control of Herself. A deck rooted not only in shadow and releasing, but in feminine strength. Today invites you to release past emotional baggage, set boundaries and ground yourself in inner reflection. This isn't about rushing toward the next goal or immediately filling the space with something new. It's about deep internal integration. ✨ The Disciples of Ritual ✨ This card reminds us that we are connected to all things — and that ritual, whatever that looks like for you, is simply a way of acknowledging that connection. Your ritual doesn't need to be elaborate. It doesn't need to look like anyone else's. It simply needs to mean something to you. Be unafraid. Be grateful for your blessings and the abundance of resources already surrounding you. Release what you're ready to release. Set the boundaries that need to be set. Know that you are supported. And create space. The New Moon marks the beginning of a new cycle. It's inviting you. The time is now.

Menstrual Monday - Scientists used to think the ovary essentially retired after menopause. New research suggests it may actually change jobs.
Before menopause, the ovary's main job is reproduction — developing and releasing eggs and producing reproductive hormones. After menopause, that reproductive activity winds down. Scientists used to think the ovary basically became inactive. What new research found is that the ovary doesn't appear to simply shut down. Its cellular makeup changes. There are more immune-system cells living and working within the ovary, and the ovary starts showing more activity related to things the immune system does, such as responding to inflammation - and communicating between cells. I have attached an article which goes a little deeper, however this is new research. Read the article here

Think of today as a reservation for manifestation and a cosmic path on the back. Today I woke up with an unexpected deposit I to my bank account, the book I have been wanting to buy was at the used bookstore and I made a really meaningful business connection. Today is a day to manifest. Concentrate on the things you want to make a reality🌟 What are are you wanting to manifest into a reality?
