I find that I am more stoic/able to stay disciplined when my cycle restarts while I am the most emotional and undisciplined during the luteal phase. I hate that about myself because it hurts my performance and goal momentum. I have yet to read those books you recommended in month 2's collection but was wondering it you have any simple, practical tips that you implement when you find it hard to keep going? Personally, it's not always as easy as telling myself to suck it up and go on (that works during the menstrual phase, not the luteal, for example) so I'm at a loss regarding how to win this battle regardless of the point I'm in in my cycle.
