Preparing something BIG for January 2026
I'm so exciteddd 🌟 I just want you to know, since many of you here got to know me pretty much only last month - I am the type of person who doesn't talk for the sake of it, I don't show up unless I have something valuable to say. So, when I am silent online - it always means that life is so full and busy offline. And I'M SO HAPPY to say that January 2026 is about to be INCREDIBLE for The Feminine Way community. We've attracted SO MANY successful and gorgeous girls here, many are still silent, and haven't yet had time to post, but I'm genuinely excited about the quality of this group. All of you are super awesome, ladies! Talk soon, bisous, Leyla xx

I wouldn’t have it any other way. Thank you for being such an example for all of us, Leyla!

Girls say hiiiiii here in the comments, and if you have any questions! Post an Intro! And I'll see you TOMORROW on a Group Call. It'll be 6 PM Moscow time! We ended up being SO SUPER International. We'll figure out a perfect timing for group calls before the next week starts!

How to Train your Mind (practical tips)?
Hi Leyla, I find that I am more stoic/able to stay disciplined when my cycle restarts while I am the most emotional and undisciplined during the luteal phase. I hate that about myself because it hurts my performance and goal momentum. I have yet to read those books you recommended in month 2's collection but was wondering it you have any simple, practical tips that you implement when you find it hard to keep going? Personally, it's not always as easy as telling myself to suck it up and go on (that works during the menstrual phase, not the luteal, for example) so I'm at a loss regarding how to win this battle regardless of the point I'm in in my cycle.

Coconut Oil Pulling, Collagen Powder, & Bone Structure
Hey girls, fun thing! I betted somebody that I will become a model, so my strive for physical sophistication 10x-ed very very quickly! As well as the journey towards peak performance health, where each line can be defined, improved, and energized. A journey to becoming a Roman or Greek sculpture, without loosing your health. Spoiler: the collagen that I've been taking in a very disciplined manner for 2 months did NOT work for me. I found that my body just doesn't process it in the right way. And I'm a very disciplined person. Moreover I've been taking it while I was in Thailand where many fruits contain natural Magnesium and Potassium. Still did not work. Honestly, bone broth and a good salmon steak work way better for my body🤍 Hbu girls? Share your beauty routines, or something that you are currently testing🫶🏻💕 This week I have created a new protocol for myself to follow, includes coconut oil pulling, excercises for an amazing posture to increase the beauty of skulls & bone structure. I'll keep you updated if you are interested?💓

I haven't taken collagen since I did gymnastics. I find that I do love red meat a lot and I need protein at every single meal. I will, however, be starting oil pulling tomorrow morning & returning to my previous diet. I find that the key to any diet (or actually lifestyle) change is mindset. I remember when I was on the diet years ago, I would tell myself I know exactly what the [candy] tasted like when my family indulged in it and that it did not nourish my body at all so I'm going to train myself in that way again. I'd love to hear about your findings!
Pilates Variations & Experience
I'd call this post: "What I would tell to my "3months ago" Self" Up until this year, I think I have never tested my body more. Controversially, I have never felt better!!!! In-short: I have tried - Barre Classes, - Reformed Pilates, - HIIT Mat Pilates classes, - Stregth Pilates Classes on a reformer and on a mat with ankle weights & hand weights. Both beginner - but rather quickly I switched to Intermidiate. I would say, from those - my fav ones were - 🤍HIIT mat pilates classes🤍 with a gay instructor in Thailand, he was so bougie, fun, and strict, but at the same time played Ariana Grande and some other gay music stuff in the background. GOD IT WAS SO FUN hihi!! I can still hear "Nails, Hair, Hips, Heels, Purse full big beels" hihiiiiii🤭🤭🤭🤭 - 🤍Barre Classes🤍 (again with a gay instructor - well thats fun haha! I just realized!) but I lost 1 KILO the next day, completely SOAKED during the class, happy, energized, and with stronger legs after - I WAS COMING BACK many times after hihi! - 🤍Strength Pilates (30-45min) with ankle weights🤍 [while I'm here in Russia]. This is something that I ABSOLUTELY fell in love with as it snatches you already after a 2nd training! So super fast!!! The main thing that I have noticed in myself that helped me become WAY much more active, craving for another run, another 10k steps on top of my daily goal, craving for additional 10min walk after food, or for keeping myself super disciiloned - its an IDENTITY SWITCH⋅˚₊‧ ୨୧ ‧₊˚ ⋅ The same way we DECIDE to be feminine, soft, or elegant, maybe a bit more reserved, or calm and grounded - its the same way we DECIDE to be in our masculine when needed (work, business). AND THE SAME WAY we decide to become Roman or Greek goddesses, VITAL, FULL OF LIFE & vibrancy & energy. And all of a sudden we HAVE all the energy to run, dance, move sensually, run, and walk, and stretch, and crrrravveee that royal vibrancy, those rosy cheeks, that glowy and sweaty skin, that out of breath feeling after a run when you are gulping for a fresh air - feeling all the blood boilinv in your veins. After a hike, after a run. God I love it.

Yes, I must say, pilates is a winner! The voice coach I'm learning from currently emphasizes doing pilates instead of the common gym strength training because it actually lengthens your core muscles. I actually tested it and found that I struggle singing well the morning after a pure strength workout because it cramps up my diaphragm, whereas pilates doesn't really affect my ability to sing.
