Off market opportunity
I’ve been sent an off market property, I know the area but I’m struggling to find any Comps to go off. I can’t find anything at all that’s been sold within the last 2 years even! It’s a 2 bed detached the guy said it’s going to go to auction for a reserve price of around £85k but asked if I wanted to make a offer before hand.
I haven’t personally been to see it myself yet, I only got sent it last night, but looking at the videos I’d say it needs Rufley between £20k-£30k of work done! what do you think?
