Hi all
I am relatively new to this, I have just become fully compliant but have not put a deal together to sell yet, this should change in the next couple of weeks.
My long term goals are to deal source, take on some R2R deals for cash flow and invest in some more vanilla BTL’s.
I live and work in Edinburgh, but am looking to source and invest mostly in the NE England, and maybe Scotland if I can get my head around making the different rules in Scotland work with deal sourcing….🤣
