Had a few months of being unsure which strategy to do. I have an investor who has a software company

- Two positive phone calls to two really helpful Estate agents to book viewings to to possible deals, offered without offering on both. Viewings after the bank holiday 😎 - We have decided to change my overall strategy, will be still sourcing but we have decided to go the SA management route. Company set up and ready to go, just need to put our systems in place etc.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone who has any experience running any Airbnbs/ SA’ and would to set up a Skool with me? It would be designed around supporting hosts with everything. I also teacher photography with some interior design experience. I’m also a teacher and would be pretty good at setting up the whole training program. I feel this may grow into something useful and lucrative. One of my investors also knows the best symptoms to manage a large number of Airbnb,s look forward to hearing from you. I will be doing this alongside my other commitments. I’m going all in to SA- every part of it 🏖️

Thought I had a fantastic deal in the bag today but after speaking with the estate agent I quickly realised that they charge a premium fee up front so I can’t see how I could make that work unless I was buying it for myself… not really a win I suppose 🤣 3. Value has gone up quite a bit on my rental over the last couple of months, just in time to refinance at the end of the month and pull some money out to start building up my portfolio 🤑 4. The sun has been shining in Edinburgh today 😎👌

I am relatively new to this, I have just become fully compliant but have not put a deal together to sell yet, this should change in the next couple of weeks. My long term goals are to deal source, take on some R2R deals for cash flow and invest in some more vanilla BTL’s. I live and work in Edinburgh, but am looking to source and invest mostly in the NE England, and maybe Scotland if I can get my head around making the different rules in Scotland work with deal sourcing….🤣
