@Jill Pidcock noticed something interesting in her practice, how she keeps her energy close in during the day, even though she starts her mornings mindfully and joyfully 💛 With no kids at home anymore, her mornings are all about her and her dog, savoring that earned time, starting with joy, and honoring her own rhythm. But then, as the day unfolds, she realized she tends to contract that energy instead of letting it flow outward. Have you noticed that in your own life? How do you carry your morning peace or joy into the rest of your day? Not about proving anything to others, but about showing yourself that you can do hard things 💛 That inner recognition. Quieting the inner critic. Letting yourself be the one who sees your strength. What does showing yourself look like for you right now? Where are you noticing your own growth, even if no one else sees it?
