Practice writing

So I’m super new to this, but am trying to train my brain to write brevity over prose. I have some old stories of mine that I’m using as a source to take the idea and story and convert it script format in Final Draft. i’m having chat gpt grade it for me. (Honestly I haven’t done too badly for the most part - but definitely have room for improvement!) Are they any other suggestions on how to get a feel for writing in script format? Or just keep practicing in this type of way?

Thank you! I’m flushing out my characters for my first screenplay using the Forge GPT and in the course of two days have come up with so many good things. I cannot wait to start actually writing it!
