I've also had this thought for a while, and I'm curious what other writers think.
If I can write one page that's genuinely excellent—good enough to earn praise from someone like David Mamet, Aaron Sorkin, or David Stem—why couldn't I write an entire 90- or 120-page screenplay at that same level?
I've written a few pages, and I've found myself wondering whether there's a gem among them? Just one.
Has anyone felt the same?
