Vendor Events
Today I was a vendor at an expo and I offered free chair massage and had one of the participants actually thank me for having something that was complementary.
I hadn’t thought about it before but what a bummer to pay $55 to get into an event (that did have free breakout sessions) and then have every vendor asking you to buy something or trying to sell you something.
Obviously my intention was to get clients but the energy behind it was different and the attendees felt that.
