Summer is here! This means kids are home, vacations are happening, tans are in... But it also means that reschedules and cancellation can happen, and business can slow down. If that's happening to you, it's not time to stress...it's time to take action. Posting, networking, following up, adding value, emailing, making offers, meeting people. I had a couple cancellations this last Friday and my wife said "great so you're coming home"? I said NOPE. Im going to use this time to market, edit video, post. This is the time you have to work on your marketing, take the actions. Don't just go home everytime you get cancellations. Plant some seeds in the marketplace before you go!! How is business going for you? Do you need to ramp up your marketing? Do you need to message people to get back in?

One of the biggest benefits of hiring a coach is accountability. Why is that though? Because starting and maintaining a new habit is extremely hard for most people. My wife has been telling my son for 14 years to pick up his shoes and put them away and it’s still not a habit for him 😂😂 So when it comes to training our staff on the things we want them to do….will we ever be able to train them once or even twice or three times and expect it to stick so well they never need to be trained again?

I was in such a bad mood yesterday. Just didn’t want To be at work. Don’t want To do anything. It got better as the day went on but I just wanted to be transparent that I get like this sometimes and then I’m not always on 100%. And that’s okay. This too shall pass. We do what we can or we do what we need to and keep taking small steps forward. What are you guys do when you get like that?
