Success or Significance
Who do you think will be more successful long-term The Company who when their employees get asked what they do, describe the task that they perform or the job title?
Or the company that when their employees are asked, describe the purpose behind the work that they perform??
This can apply to just one person business or somebody trying to grow a team.
What is the impact that you and your company hope to have on peoples lives?
First wheel is a leader need to get sold on that impact, then we need to constantly sell our team on that impact and why we do what we do.
Any time somebody asked you what you do start with the impact that you have or hope to have in the lives of the customers and clients that come to your business.
What is the impact, or the why, or the purpose behind the work that you perform?
