I’ve just uploaded a fun new drill inspired by Deadpool into the community.
In the film, Deadpool uses double sticks to deflect bullets — now… we won’t be doing that anytime soon 😅 — but the coordination, timing, and flow from this drill are brilliant for developing real skills.
In the video I break it down in two ways:
- Right-side lead
- Left-side lead
This is a great one for:
- Hand speed
- Ambidexterity
- Rhythm & flow
- Brain–body coordination
Start slow, build the pattern, then gradually increase speed once it feels smooth. It’s meant to be fun, but it’ll also sharpen your double-stick control fast.
