From Crawl to Sprint - All in a day
Today I took part in a @Lidia Axe community crawl on Skool with a group of incredible members 30 Day Skool Hackathon and what a day it turned out to be. My membership grew by 9 (yes, 9!) thanks to this wonderful challenge. With 76 interactions, no wonder my arm is sore. I connected with individuals and communities that I would never have found otherwise, had meaningful conversations with complete strangers, and got to answer some really great questions along the way. Here’s a little glimpse into the day using questions and some answers: I am on Skool because my boss once said, “You’re free to go live your dream. ”So here I am figuring it out as I go. Then there was a roasting session (thanks to my friend Chat 😅), a moment of honesty, and I dropped a classic Arnie GIF — “I’ll be back.” Things got interesting…I drifted into some choppy waters in The Zone, shouted at Chat after somehow ending up with a 7-fingered alien (don’t ask 😂), and somewhere along the way… created a Netflix movie called “The Dragonfly.” And now? We all have a SWAG bag. What a ride. What a space. What a community. If this is what one day looks like… I’m excited for what’s next. Welcome to all the new "Zoners" I look forward to engaging and supporting you. @Pacita Florida this was inspired by your question and my answer👇👇

Death Coach - Your thoughts
I was looking for my "edge," but it was staring me right in the face. I was having coffee with a friend, explaining how I wanted to stand out from the sea of life coaches. Here is how it went: Me: "I’m trying to find my niche as a Transitional Coach..." Her: "But you have! You’re a Death Coach." I stopped "dead" in my tracks. 🛑 The lady at the next table gave us a massive side-eye, but my friend was right. While I have been tiptoeing around the "right" words to not scare people off, she just named it. As an End-of-Life Doula and Trauma Debriefer, that is my superpower. I am a Death Coach. It’s not about doom or scary cloaks. It’s about being the person who handles the hard stuff. It’s about helping you unpack, process, and find your balance, whether we are planning a legacy, navigating bereavement or simply trying to breathe through a tough moment. We are all "dying"; some just closer than others, we have mini deaths throughout our lives. Death is our only certainty, yet we stay silent. I am here to break that silence and make the conversation less scary, more open, more kind, more gentle, more normal. Be honest: When you hear "Death Coach," do you feel a sense of relief, or do you want to give me the "side-eye" too? Comments are welcome👇
Death Coach - Your thoughts
Where are you right Now?
Life is filled with ups and downs, highs and lows. We often focus on either side but don't take the time in that middle bit. The Pause. Last week I was so caught up in so many things I forgot to take time out for me. I realized I needed to just "STOP" Pause, reflect, refresh and refocus. I listened to my own advise. So I did the "Right Now" Check-in. I wanted to see how accurate it was so it provides the best results for my clients. Well it was spot on. And I kinda knew that I was feeling like being in a bit of choppy water. I listened to my body and took the time to "PAUSE". I have now set my calendar for a 20min Pause time every morning to do nothing work related, water the garden, do a quick meditation, take a little walk around the block just some "ME" time. If you interested to see where you are "Right Now". Pop into the classroom and complete the test. Its quick and easy and I will even send you some feedback. Below is mine. I am in Level 2: Choppy water Reflection: A bit bumpy, but manageable. Carrying a little extra tension. Your body is telling you that you’re moving a bit faster or harder than your system really wants to. It's not a crisis, just a signal to tap the brakes. Suggested focus: Give yourself permission to pause today. Focus on one small thing that helps you breathe a little easier—even if it’s just 10 minutes of quiet. Wellness Mantra: "I have permission to pause. I do not need to solve everything today." Remember: Not even Rome was build in a day. 😉
