Where are you right Now?
Life is filled with ups and downs, highs and lows. We often focus on either side but don't take the time in that middle bit. The Pause. Last week I was so caught up in so many things I forgot to take time out for me. I realized I needed to just "STOP" Pause, reflect, refresh and refocus. I listened to my own advise. So I did the "Right Now" Check-in. I wanted to see how accurate it was so it provides the best results for my clients. Well it was spot on. And I kinda knew that I was feeling like being in a bit of choppy water. I listened to my body and took the time to "PAUSE". I have now set my calendar for a 20min Pause time every morning to do nothing work related, water the garden, do a quick meditation, take a little walk around the block just some "ME" time. If you interested to see where you are "Right Now". Pop into the classroom and complete the test. Its quick and easy and I will even send you some feedback. Below is mine. I am in Level 2: Choppy water Reflection: A bit bumpy, but manageable. Carrying a little extra tension. Your body is telling you that you’re moving a bit faster or harder than your system really wants to. It's not a crisis, just a signal to tap the brakes. Suggested focus: Give yourself permission to pause today. Focus on one small thing that helps you breathe a little easier—even if it’s just 10 minutes of quiet. Wellness Mantra: "I have permission to pause. I do not need to solve everything today." Remember: Not even Rome was build in a day. 😉

Opening the Conversation on Death and Dying
Death is the one certainty we all share, yet it is often the one topic we are most determined to avoid! This was on of my first episodes on my Spotify Podcast channel called: IntheMomentsZA it is a space where I gently navigate life, loss, death, dying, and all the moments in between. I explore why we stay silent and how we can begin to open the doors to these sacred conversations with grace and purpose. Inside this Episode I talk about: - Breaking the Taboo: Why the "Unknown" creates a structural barrier in our lives and how to start dismantling the fear. - Shifting the Narrative: Moving away from viewing death as a "negative" topic and seeing it as a vital part of living a full, conscious life. - The Shielding Trap: Why trying to "protect" our loved ones from the topic of mortality often leaves them—and us—unprepared and isolated. - A Touch of Home: Listen out for my fur babies who decided to contribute their own voices to the recording! 🎧 Listen Now: IntheMomentsZA Podcast Your Reflection: After you have listened, I would love for you to share your thoughts in the comments below. Which of the three resonated with you the most? 1. The fear of the unknown? 2. The discomfort of the topic? 3. The desire to shield others from pain? Remember: Be safe, be happy, be gentle, be kind. Most importantly, do it with grace and purpose.

Friday Night Community Crawl checkpoint 6
👋 Hi everyone! I’m Roberto, based in Zagreb, Croatia
I help Skool group owners build profitable communities and turn members into clients using a simple 3C model: 🔴 Content → 🔵 Conversation → 🟢 Conversion Been in business for 30+ years… tried a lot of things that didn’t work (and a few that did) 😄 These days I keep things simple and focus on what actually moves the needle. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with family or out sailing the Adriatic — that’s my reset button. I really like the intention behind The Transition Zone — having a space to slow down, reflect, and navigate change feels important. Not everything needs to be fast or optimized all the time. Glad to be here. Looking forward to learning, sharing, and building with you all 🧭
